On November 22, 1990, the WWE Universe was witness to the debut of the Undertaker at the Survivor Series and he would begin his domination that would last for the next 30 years. To coincide with their 30th Anniversary Undertaker Collectors Edition figure, Mattel released this debut version of the Undertaker as apart of their Decade of Domination line that was released around the same time. 10 years of Mattel and 30 years of Undertaker - a great combination!
